“Al helped bail me out of a bad install from a different company 18 years ago and I have never forgotten. So when it came time for an update of my current system Cool Air really was the only Company I called......The price was fair and the job was done in a day. As other reviewers mentioned the job was done neatly and the installers including supervisor Stephan were friendly and knowledgeable. “Great service for about 3 years until recently when the drivers are backing into my driveway leaving oil stains. I specifically put on my ticket to please not to do that. 3 different times. Will give them time to correct this issue. They really should come clean my drive this summer...

You asked me to contact office. I already have. Plus added a note to my order invoice not to back into my driveway. Your office said my comment wasn't on my ticket and it won't happen again. Im pretty much responsible to try to get oil stains out myself.“
