“Had to call early this morning for service for my central air conditioning. To tell you the truth, due to the heat wave that is on its way, I figured it might be a long wait. So I called and left a message and within 1/2 hour Dominick called me back. He said that he would have someone at my place in about an hour. He was as good as his word, and the service man came and took care of everything. My main problem was downstairs was not cooling as it should be, and it seemed to be struggling. A part needed to be replaced, and some Freon added. I forget the name of my service man, but I want to mention how polite, efficient and understanding he was. He really went above and beyond , but actually that has always been the way anytime I call for service and of course, several years ago when they installed my entire HVAC system. Couldn’t be more pleased. So basically, my primary adjectives for describing Absolute HVAC servicing are: Friendly, polite, efficient, knowledgeable, and timely!”
