He spent some time really trying everything get it back up and running. Unfortunately, it was dead. Jeff discussed what options we had. And a few days later he installed a brand new unit, and adjusted the pipes to be a bit more esthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend big daddy plumbing to my friends and family. Price was very fair, and I'm happy with the work!“

Needed a propane line installed for new gas range, Lori in the business office was so helpful, courteous, prompt replies, scheduled the work quickly and followed up to make sure we had what we needed for Town of Brookhaven Building permit. Plumber Mark and his partner Jesse did a terrific job from start to finish installing piping neatly and ensuring gauge would pass Town inspection. Once approved they returned and connected range to gas line, converted range from natural gas (as shipped) to propane, tested everything and fired it up! “I don't normally leave reviews but the level of service I got was outstanding. Had an issue with our boiler where it kept producing heat, even when our thermostat was set to off. Technician James was quickly able to determine the issue and offered the solution right away. James was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with.
