He spent some time really trying everything get it back up and running. Unfortunately, it was dead. Jeff discussed what options we had. And a few days later he installed a brand new unit, and adjusted the pipes to be a bit more esthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend big daddy plumbing to my friends and family. Price was very fair, and I'm happy with the work!“

“I called Dave early this morning due to what I thought was a well water pressure tank leak. He returned my call quickly, answered a few questions, and concluded that it probably wasn't related to my well — but he still came by free of charge to check it out and confirm in person.It turned out that he couldn't service it since it was related to my city water line rather than my well, but he was able to identify the problem for me so I could better communicate with a plumber. I so appreciated his time and knowledge.“

Needed a propane line installed for new gas range, Lori in the business office was so helpful, courteous, prompt replies, scheduled the work quickly and followed up to make sure we had what we needed for Town of Brookhaven Building permit. Plumber Mark and his partner Jesse did a terrific job from start to finish installing piping neatly and ensuring gauge would pass Town inspection. Once approved they returned and connected range to gas line, converted range from natural gas (as shipped) to propane, tested everything and fired it up!
