Alcus Fuel Oil

We have been using Alcus fuel for 20 years or more I think (I met hubs 15 yrs ago and he was using them before that). They always come when they say and are very helpful during any emergency situation. Just found that rite fire (I believe the proper spelling) took them over and they handled our 2 issues over the last weekend: we got a delivery Friday and when I came home I heard our burner going like crazy while the house was steamy ... came to find there was a crack in the extender tank plus 2" water in the basement. They were here to fix in 15 minutes (lucky they were form the road). They had all the parts and were done in under an hour! Unfortunately, the water in the basement must've done something to our propane water tank and it didn't work in the morning. They cane over 3 hours after I called at 7AM and fixed it in 20 minutes. Wonderful gentlemen with great manners every time! Thank you !!
