Our kitchen was getting clogged over the course of two nights so I called Roto Rooter last night and they were here this morning. Talk about quick service. The service technician, Richie, was polite, respectful, professional, personable and had a great sense of humor. He was also very knowledgeable about the source of the problem and what could be done in the future to fix it. He did clear out the clog - he was extremely diligent and clean in his work manner - he was here for a while. I also bought a 5 year supply of Roto Rooter pipe cleaner - 32 ounces of water and 2 ounces of concentrate once a month for $99. Great experience with this Roto Rooter. Technicians, Abraham and Manuel, were sent quickly to clear a sewer line that backed up into my downstairs shower. Abraham and Manuel arrived on time, were helpful in explaining the job and pricing, and worked quickly to clear the clog and make sure the issue was resolved.
We had an excellent experience with Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup. They dispatched Abraham to our location, and he provided outstanding service from start to finish.
Abraham quickly resolved our clogged toilet and, during his inspection, discovered that the toilet's flush mechanism was also faulty. He explained the issue clearly, ordered the correct replacement part, and returned promptly once it arrived to complete the installation.
Throughout the entire process, Abraham was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and committed to making sure the repair was done correctly. We truly appreciate his attention to detail and excellent customer service.
