My water tank sprung a leak and I had water in my basement. I knew that I needed a new water tank. I contacted Mulco and they immediately sent over someone to assess what needed to be done. The next day four men came to start the process, starting early in the morning as they promised. Two of them left after the new water heater tank was in place and the other two remained until it was functional and tested. In total, it was 7 1/2 hours of work.
I had not used Mulco before, but I will certainly use them again, as I know I have upcoming projects relating to replacing a toilet and a faucet.
I recommend them totally.
Mulco has serviced our second home plumbing needs with excellent reliable, fair priced
service for several years. But, recently-one of their workers did something wrong accidentally-costing us replacement money that we only realized seven months later. They checked the damage and immediately accepted full Responsibility and made a 100% fix of the problem. What a reaffirming pleasure it is to see such honesty, integrity and responsibility in todays world. Many of our neighbors use them and we will now tell everybody-
Please use these people who have such old fashioned pride and upstanding character in their work and service.

I would like to amend my previous review. After several conversations with Mulco, we were able to arrive at a mutually agreeable solution. Mulco reordered my HVAC compressor and repaired the system satisfactorily. I am appreciative of their services. I look forward to working with them in the future.
