There is not enough good things I can say about Rich and South East Plumbing and Heating. I called Rich for two separate issues and he was able to get to the bottom of both. He assessed both situations and gave me an honest assessment on each of the issues. For the repair that he did, he gave me a very fair price and the quality of work that was done was exceptional. He also assessed my homes plumbing and reassured me that it was an excellent setup where he could have easily upsold me on things that needed to be done. Everything you could ask for in a plumbing company: professional, efficient, responsive, friendly, and fairly priced. Rich and Gio replaced our water heater quickly and seamlessly. The entire experience was smooth from start to finish. Thank you to South East Plumbing & Heating for the excellent service!
Rich was a true professional, he explained the situation with our water heater and provided a very fair estimate for replacement. He was able to set an appointment for the next morning, and arrived on time.
He completed the removal and installation in a short amount of time, and everything was neat and orderly. The worksite was completely cleaned and garbage removed from the site.
I highly recommend Rich for any plumbing projects that you have!!!!
