“Jeff at Big Daddy Plumbing help me out big time! I had a navien combi unit crash on me right at 430pm. I call Jeff, and he came right over. He spent some time really trying everything get it back up and running. Unfortunately, it was dead. Jeff discussed what options we had. And a few days later he installed a brand new unit, and adjusted the pipes to be a bit more esthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend big daddy plumbing to my friends and family. Price was very fair, and I'm happy with the work!“

“I called Dave early this morning due to what I thought was a well water pressure tank leak. He returned my call quickly, answered a few questions, and concluded that it probably wasn't related to my well — but he still came by free of charge to check it out and confirm in person.It turned out that he couldn't service it since it was related to my city water line rather than my well, but he was able to identify the problem for me so I could better communicate with a plumber. Needed a propane line installed for new gas range, Lori in the business office was so helpful, courteous, prompt replies, scheduled the work quickly and followed up to make sure we had what we needed for Town of Brookhaven Building permit. Plumber Mark and his partner Jesse did a terrific job from start to finish installing piping neatly and ensuring gauge would pass Town inspection. Once approved they returned and connected range to gas line, converted range from natural gas (as shipped) to propane, tested everything and fired it up! So happy with their service, polite, neat, efficient. Highly recommend! Thanks to A to Z, we're cooking with gas!“

“A crisis is never a good time to call anybody. Right? Well, I was blessed to find the right person, Ken Lange and Chris, to help us with a major drain/plumbing issue. Nothing was draining from the main system. It was a mystery but Ken came immediately. He tried to save us time and money and the mess of cutting into our walls.Step one: He augered the system. Nope! It was with the help of the camera down the entire drain system the culprit was found. A ceramic tile from 1968 was blocking everything all the way out to the cesspool.Because of his professionalism, Ken suctioned and move the blockage to an accessible point and Chris removed it from the pipes under the house. Boy, it was hard work and diligence but we are SO GRATEFUL. My husband and I can't say enough good things about these 2 guys except Thank YOU!“

Technician James was quickly able to determine the issue and offered the solution right away. James was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had previous contractors come and try to fix the issue but none were successful. I will definitely be considering only South Shore for any future plumbing and heating issues.“
