He spent some time really trying everything get it back up and running. Unfortunately, it was dead. Jeff discussed what options we had. And a few days later he installed a brand new unit, and adjusted the pipes to be a bit more esthetically pleasing. I will definitely recommend big daddy plumbing to my friends and family. Plumber Mark and his partner Jesse did a terrific job from start to finish installing piping neatly and ensuring gauge would pass Town inspection. Once approved they returned and connected range to gas line, converted range from natural gas (as shipped) to propane, tested everything and fired it up! James was on the job, analyzed the problem, recommended options, and did an amazing job! We were better than back to normal (installed new septic pipe and cover for septic tank, as well as new cleanout tube for cesspool - in addition to augering the line and pumping everything out) in a few hours. Great quality work by great quality technicians. That includes the other fellow whose name I missed who delivered and installed the septic cover.
