I'm a DIY'er and ran into a problem I couldn't solve. Home Depot in Shirley had no one in plumbing, not a soul. Went here and the guy behind the counter coached me through the project. Customer for life.

These guys were extremely helpful. They saved me from hiring a plumber. I wanted to descale my tankless system. One of the sevice valves was stuck in the closed position. Even after it turned, it wouldn't open. I removed the valve and brought it down to Richard Supply. They were able to open and add on a valve with a metal turn switch. It all worked and it saved me money and headaches. It cost me $21. They even included some pipe dope for the threads going back into the sytem. Thank you!

Mark and all the other staff do a great job giving advice and pointing in the right direction. They stand behind their products and always go the extra mile. Our plumber took us here to select a few items for our bathroom renovation, and I felt like we were the most important customers they ever had (I am sure we were not LOL). Highly recommend
