My wife injured her finger and this was one of the only urgent cares still open late at night, so we were just happy someone was available… but Dr. Yitzi ended up being one of the best physicians we’ve ever encountered, with an incredible bedside manner.
He quickly and effectively treated the injury and told us stories and jokes to help distract from the pain and worry. We both felt really comforted and cared for.
I’m writing this review a few months later and the injury has completely healed thanks to Dr. Yitzi’s care and treatment on the day it happened.
Went into Chai Care for a cough. I was registered, had my vitals taken and was being seen by a PA within 12 minutes! That is virtually unheard of in New York City!
The PA was extremely knowledgeable and had me on my way with a prescription in hand for cough medication within 7 minutes of walking into the exam room!
I hope I never need to go back to urgent care, but if I ever do, Chai Care is where I will go
Upon visiting this urgent care me and my child felt so welcomed by medical provider Yitzy and the assistant who triaged me Destiny, my daughter has autism level 3 and Destiny was very helpful in understanding of my child's diagnosis she did all of her cultures and managed to make her smile ear to ear while under the weather, PA Yitzy diagnosed and treated my little one she was feeling so much better next day mind you this is very important as my child is semi verbal and doesn't open up to many, Thank you so much Destiny for being so patient and helpful ! Thank you PA Yitzy ! I will definitely be back to this urgent care. PA Yitzy ,MA Destiny your the best !
