I feel that I was not really helped. The test I took for strep thoat, didn't indicate anything sure. I waited for one hour. The staff is polite and pleasant. The doctor wants to answer one's questions. Since I have been there numerous times, I will say that the doctors on staff are not always knowledgeable about treatment or diagnosis. My grandson had a half deaf ear. They did not ask any questions that could have been key to pinpointing his problem. They told him to use a particular ear wax softener which made him fully deaf for three weeks. I took him to a regular nose and throat Doc. Experience was very professional, helpful, caring and understanding. Without a doubt will return if future problems occur. Definitely will recommend for other potential patients. Great staff, from receptionist to the RN. Sanitary office facility. Thank you for an amazing service.
They’re very professional and the wait wasn’t long at all. I hopefully don’t want to go to urgent care but I would definitely return there if the need arises.
