AG Care provides a safe and comfortable environment for its patients. The doctors, including Dr. Nelson-Davis and Dr. Eula, are kind, professional, and informative, taking the time to address patients' concerns and provide helpful treatment. The front desk staff and medical assistants are also warm and professional, making patients feel at ease. While the facility may not be perfect, the caring and attentive staff make up for it, providing a positive experience for those who visit.
This was not the cleanest place, but the doctor who treated me, Dr. Nelson-Davis, was such a kind, sweet woman! I came in there with some kind of respiratory illness, and my blood pressure was very low. Her concern was so touching! She prescribed me some meds, and I'm feeling better already, just hours later.
My experience with the urgent care was safe and comfortable..the help at the front desk was professional and warm and the physician was very informative and helpful..lovely ppl to be around...I will recommend anyone to go.. thanks again kidesha
I had a very good experience at the 681 Flatbush Ave office. Dr. Nelson-Davis is very professional and calming. The medical assistant was also very professional and knowledgeable.
