After months of tirelessly searching for a computer technician for some sensitive natured computer services and refusing to use Google because of past bad experiences I gave in to Google and found Jeron. I was still cautious and skeptical at first but then I surrendered to God to guide this project. I called Jeron we spoke about what was needed he was very calm and blunt which was slightly intimidating for me but I trusted him because his business etiquette seemed solid and most of all fair. I am tech savvy and i did troubleshoot the task myself prior so i know it as a job that could have taken a day to a week or so. This guy did it in hours-less than one day! I won't say the cost but I'd say he's very fair, understanding, real and flexible. So give him a chance, he is a hidden gem trying to do his thing.“

“I hired Lumens to replace my old water boiler with an on demand / tankless Rinnai system. Danny and his team were professional, knowledgable and great to work with. He had electrical and drywall specialists and Danny himself seems knowledgable in all areas and he did a fabulous job supervising all the work including work on the roof and running a new electrical line to our utility closet which they achieved with only two small holes in the ceiling which they then patched nicely. While installing the system they also fixed an electrical issue I had in my house at no additional charge.“

“Fantastic experience! I brought in my MacBook Pro after the battery was dead after a long time of no use. I tried to change out the battery and accidentally ruined the motherboard in the process. Randy, the owner, is amazing and he was able to diagnose and fix it the same day (in about 20 mins), by swapping out the parts with a replacement that he already had. I truly appreciated the excellent and quick service.

I had gone to Microcenter (computer retail chain shop) earlier in the day to try to get it fix and not only was the customer service there horrible, but they wanted to charge $80 just to diagnose the problem and you would still be waiting a week or more before they can fix it. I do not recommend going to the large retail shops as they charge way too much for poor service. Would recommend supporting this small business vs going to the greedy retail chains that has poor customer service.

I know nothing about computers and had a lot of trepidation about bringing my laptop in for service. I quickly found out that all my fears were unfounded based upon the service I received. When I dropped off the computer, Harry assured me I would hear from a technician within two days. Sure enough, Adam contacted me within two days with a complete diagnosis and game plan to fix the computer. In fact, I am writing this review on the computer he fixed for me. All in all, it was a great experience. Great service, fair price and conveniently located in my neighborhood.
