Came to have a pixel 4xl with the back panel broken and the battery damaged. I was fairly charged $80 altogether for the part and labor, but my phone I received back had no flash or back camera capability. After notifying Luigi, he offered to have them repaired, free of charge. Overall, great experience!
I came here to prepay a cellphone and they were super helpful and nice. I appreciate the extra computer screen at the front where we can see what they were doing on their end. They are also a UPS access point which is very convenient. I will definitely be back and highly recommend!
Awesome experience from start to finish! He made setting up my new Spectrum account super easy, got me an amazing deal on internet speed and pricing, and the whole process was done in no time. Highly recommend if you want fast, friendly, and efficient service.
