Sebastian was very prompt, explained the details of the repair we needed thoroughly going through the pros and cons, and got the work completed exactly in the predicted time.
All great stuff, very professional, would use his services again.

I had a great experience getting my laptop fixed by Sebastian. He was super professional and made sure everything was running perfectly. I really appreciate the 1-year warranty he included — it gives me peace of mind knowing my laptop is covered. Highly recommend this company for any computer repairs!

Best tech repair experience I’ve had! Sebastian was communicative and arrived promptly for pick up and drop off. Sebastian also explained the process and how the repair would go.
I originally had my Mac screen replaced by another service where they placed a non Apple screen that broke within 1 month. Sebastian reassured me that his service uses certified Apple parts - which I can see the difference in screen quality.
I wish I found Computer Tech first, it would have saved me time and money.
