“Thanks, Joe & Expert Pc Repairs Inc! Very knowledgeable and super fair experience. I have a 7 year old gaming tower, still powerful enough to play new games respectfully that had a heating issue. Kept turning off on me and I did try to fix it myself but LUCKILY I didn't fry the mother board. Joe helped diagnose/confirm the issue and even before that just talking about it over the phone initially he assumed right that it was the junky water cooler setup that gets clogged. Dropped it off, couple days the PC was as good as new!
Joe knows his stuff AND he really does appreciate the computer components and problem solving. I think that's the big difference. Some other shops may have the knowledge too but they don't have the care and touch that Joe/Expert Pc Repair has. Had a great time going over the PC with him and he even helps optimize your rig/desktop if you haven't already. The new fan(s) look great, also he found a wire issue with one of my hard drives that I've been experiencing on and off for years and didn't realize what could be causing it.
TLDR: Joe and team knows and cares about computers/technology. The shop he has is fantastic. Come correct here and he'll fix that PC right. Keep messing with it yourself (if you're not sure what you're doing) the cost to fix will double or triple. Best of luck!
