After purchasing a pair of glasses, I was later informed that the frames were out of stock and no longer available from the brand, and my order was canceled. While this was disappointing, I appreciated being notified promptly. I did notice, however, that the same frames were still listed as available on the website and could be added to the cart and checked out, which was confusing.

That said, communication was clear, and the refund was processed quickly. I would consider ordering again due to their pricing and professionalism, and I hope inventory accuracy continues to improve to prevent similar situations in the future.“

“All of my stars here go to Dr. Patel - she was super friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable, and easily facilitated one of the most pleasant optometrist visits I've had in 20 years of being near-sighted. Let's say that this experience is the light at the end of the tunnel.

On the other hand, arriving at this practice and attempting to interact with anyone working the front desk/glasses counter has the vibe equivalent of walking into a room right after everyone has just been talking trash about you. As someone with chronic RBF, I can sympathize with the fact that someone's initial exterior might not reflect their actual mood. Unfortunately, should you start a more intimate interaction such as asking about your contacts order, the vibes only get more hostile and escalate more to a did-I-just-grow-another-head affect.

I don't know, maybe I've only come here during everyone's afternoon slump, or maybe the front-of-house folks are trying to adjust their attitudes to match the place's upscale art-deco branding, but I feel like it shouldn't feel quite this tense to go to the eye doctor. Given that the actual vision care is of good quality, I plan to return, but just thought I'd give some food for thought here!!“
