I only get my eyewear from Ocean Eyes, I tried other competitors, such as Cohen and LensCrafters, but they do not offer the personalized service, price point and care that I’m looking for. what also got my attention was the warranty on their lenses and there variations of customization. If you tried all the rest come to the best .Ocean eyes !!

These guys go above and beyond. Daniel and Ella took the time to get my eyes checked again before getting my glasses even though they were last checked less than a year ago - and at no cost!Then Daniel was patient with me in choosing the perfect frames. I wasn’t happy with my initial choice and again with no charge and no complaint they switched them out for me.They didn’t make me feel like I was annoying them and generally operated in such a way as to make me a long term customer, which I def will be.These guys are great and Tali is very friendly helpful as well. Best shop for contacts and glasses in Sheepshead Bay - don’t go anywhere else.

I would give them a 5-star rating for their helpful attitude and support. I ordered online but faced payment issues, requiring me to call them multiple times to resolve the issue. The staff, including the store manager, were incredibly helpful throughout the process. I will definitely buy from them again. They offer the best prices in the market, as I shopped around while awaiting my order. Thanks to all for the excellent service and great value for money!
