Compared to some other eyeglass shops in the neighborhood, the experience at Warby Parker was elite. I was welcomed into the shop and offered help. Both employees who helped me struck the right balance of helping and leaving me alone to try things on myself. I felt taken care of and like I was important to them. Complete opposite experience from another NY shop I have been in twice trying on frames and not one word was uttered to me by any of the multiple employees who stood there watching me try on their glasses. Warby Parker and their employees were welcoming, helpful and courteous. Will absolutely be back for any glasses or contact needs.
