Fixed my Miu Miu sunglasses after the store itself was unable to in SoHo and another shop in EV didn’t have screws. They were quick, kind and efficient. And all for a very fair price too. Highly recommend and plan to return for my eye exam since I’m local to the area
It was my first time here, and I went by for my annual appointment after work and the staff was super friendly, the store is very clean, and Dr. Pan was great, she was patient with me and even helped me pick out a new frame. I had some worries about dry eyes and she helped schedule a follow up appointment for that. The staff explained to me what was covered by my insurance and all and was super clear with me about what I was paying. Would definitely make them my go to spot to get my eyes checked.
First time customer based on all the good reviews - and it was 100% worth it. I needed an eye exam and new lenses after finishing grad school. I have 3 different pairs of glasses, 2 with different progressive prescriptions (driving / computer work), and they absolutely nailed all 3. They walked me through all the costs and insurance, too. And they are really nice people! Highly recommended and I'll be going here from now on.
