Front desk staff was awesome. Explained what my insurance benefits were and helped me utilize my benefits to the maximum. Doctor Pan was great as well, she did a great job explaining each step of the exam and ensuring I got the correct prescription.
The staff is welcoming and relaxed. Everyone I spoke to was extremely helpful and informative. Dr Pan has a great approach and delivery. It was the best eye Dr appointment I've had in a VERY long time. I appreciate you Dr. Pan. I am confident this is my new eye doctor.
Dr. Pan and the staffs are very nice, helpful, and informative. She is very thorough and I finally got the glasses with the right prescription that also look great. I’ve had chronic dry eyes - I’ve been getting medical care for a year, and I started seeing Dr. Pan for dry eyes and for the first time my eyes feel fine!
