I am a novice glasses wearer and started going to Warby in Williamsburg one month ago. I've returned a few times to size my glasses, etc and every single time I've been in that store I've experienced the best customer service. Everyone there is knowledgable, friendly, and more than willing to help with whatever you need. The frames are gorgeous and their process is efficient. Highly recommend!
The whole process was very easy and the service was great! Julie was extremely helpful with choosing my frames/lenses. And the price blew me away so I ended up buying 2 pairs of glasses. I never had more than 1 option before! I’m very excited about my new glasses and will definitely be coming back.
