My first to Warby Parker and I had an amazing experience. I knew I was in the right place because as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted. Everyone was wonderful. I've bought several frames here, and am always impressed. Everyone is kind, patient and helpful, great counsel is given on frames (weight, appearance, sturdiness, function), and the follow-up service is exceptional. Basically: incredible staff, customer service, and selection. Highly recommend!
