Fantastic experience at the Flatbush store. Super helpful staff, who offered great guidance, efficient selection and checkout experience. They operate as a team there. Ended up with 3 pair. This will now be my “go to place” for corrective lenses!
Highly Recommend visiting Warby Parker. From the moment I stepped into the store my daughter and I were greeted with a warm welcome. The entire visit was detailed and precise. I knew we were surrounded by people who were experienced. I will definitely be back to choose another pair of glasses.
I had an outstanding experience at Warby Parker! I brought all three of my sons in for eye exams and to purchase new glasses, and the entire process was seamless from start to finish.
The staff were welcoming, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all of our questions, helped each of my sons find frames that suited their personalities and fit well, and made everyone feel comfortable throughout the eye exams.
Managing appointments and eyewear for three teenagers could have been overwhelming, but the team made it easy and enjoyable. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service truly stood out.
