Thank you to United Chimney team: Doug and Stephen and all. Our fireplace had serious problems and their proposal was straightforward and clear and fair. For one straight week, their team showed up and worked hard to pretty much redo the firebox and the outer stonework. Absolutely perfect work. Constant vacuuming and cleanup was impressive. All in all, wish I had found them sooner, they are a rare find these days...100% recommend this team.

Honestly, I was a little skeptical about getting the hand tied extensions. Taylor was beyond informative about the extensions involving the process, maintenance and after care. She took any worry I had away. After a month or so I said “Let’s do it “. The install was flawless ! I’ve never felt more confident in my own skin. Taylor is patient, kind and beyond understanding. We always do our backflow tests with them however It's hard to contact them. The answering machine most of time full. And telephone system asks you to schedule your appointment by sending an email to backflowspecialist.com which doesn't makes sense for email adress. Hopefully they fix there incoming message.

Varsity came through for our family back in October when our oil burner was leaking and after spending $500 with another company, it still wasn't fixed. Conner J. Came by, diagnosed the problem, set up a time to fix it, came when he said to do the work successfully, and then we had him back to do the annual tune up too because we were so happy with the service that we now wouldn't trust anyone else.
