Based on customer reviews, Mike the Plumber provides professional plumbing services for homes and businesses. Mike was the most professional plumber customers have used in 22 years of owning a home. Customers wish they had found him years ago. For one water heater issue, Mike knew right away that a new water heater was needed. He sent another plumber named Kevin, who did an outstanding job. Kevin was very professional, very knowledgeable of the situation, and a very nice guy. The water heater that Kevin installed looked awesome. Mike was great, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and clean. He answered all questions before he left without making customers feel like they were bothering him. No complaints. Mike and his team clearly explained the best way to resolve issues. Customers appreciate the team work witnessed between Mike and his guys. Called based on reviews, customers were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. They came the same day, within an hour. Kevin and associate were professional and got the job done in a timely manner. Customers highly recommend Mike the Plumber.
As a first-time customer, I am so happy that I chose to hire Mike the Plumber. The team he sent out, Kevin & Jared, were highly professional and worked quickly and neatly. They resolved three separate plumbing issues and took the time to explain what was being done. I would absolutely use them for any future plumbing issues. This is truly a 5 star company!
One morning, I woke up, walked past my closet, where the Water heater is Stepped in a puddle of water I opened up the closet door and there was a puddle of water on my water heater. The only plumber that came to my mind was to call Mike The Plumber. I told Mike there’s something wrong with my water heater. I took a bunch of pictures sent them to Mike and Mike knew right away that I needed a new water heater and I said great the day before I was leaving to go to Florida so Mike said no problem we can do it today .
