Customers wish they had found him years ago. For one water heater issue, Mike knew right away that a new water heater was needed. He sent another plumber named Kevin, who did an outstanding job. Kevin was very professional, very knowledgeable of the situation, and a very nice guy. The water heater that Kevin installed looked awesome. Mike was great, knowledgeable, polite, prompt, and clean. He answered all questions before he left without making customers feel like they were bothering him. No complaints. Mike and his team clearly explained the best way to resolve issues. Customers appreciate the team work witnessed between Mike and his guys. Called based on reviews, customers were pleasantly surprised and very impressed. They came the same day, within an hour.
