I had the privilege of seeing Alaine in the port Jefferson location. She was very sweet and gracious, and made me feel totally comfortable. In the middle of an incredibly relaxing message, I commented to Alaine that the only word I had to describe the experience was “delicious”. Needless to say, I have made it my priority to continue with these very therapeutic “ overindulgences “ on a regular basis. Alaine is every so professional, competent and empathetic. It is without reservation that I recommend Karasmatic day spa and especially Alaine.“

“Carissa is a true artist & a lovely person. She made me feel welcome right away in her cozy, stylish, & immaculate studio. During the consultation process,she demonstrated a facsimile of a different technique on each eyebrow so I could decide which was right for me.I decided to go with the ‘hairstroke’ or nanobrow technique [she is the only practitioner on the island to offer this at the time of writing]. She had a cancellation, so we did the procedure right then & there!The nanbrow technique was the right choice for me, as I wanted hyperrealistic brows. I am more in love with my results than I can describe. She recreated my old brows with stunning accuracy so I still feel like myself— but brighter & more confident.She sent me home with care instructions, product, & a little treat in a goodie bag— such a thoughtful touch— & checked in after the procedure. I started going to Hiromi 6 years ago and when I first discovered her services I drove almost an hour to the salon to get my lashes done. When I say it was worth it - IT WAS! Her attention to detail and professionalism are immaculate. Her beauty studio is so pretty, SUPER CLEAN, smells amazing and SUPER COMFORTABLE. She is very gentle and careful when it comes to my lashes (I am allergic to everything) she uses a special glue for my allergies and I've never had a problem with anything. Overall recommended 110%.“
