The store is amazing they have the best of everything there. I ordered custom shower doors and the manufacturer made a mistake. Flora and décor normally won't take them back. The manufacturer was being very difficult and natalie, The front end manager helped me big time! She made a very difficult process extremely easy. She stood by me the whole way and ordered me the correct doors. Natalie is an asset to floor and decor to the point that I would make her a store manager for me tomorrow! I don't normally take the time to post a review but Natalie is worth more than I can thank her. This was the best store experience I have had anywhere ever. Thank you so much....read full review

Huge selection - will have anything/everything you could want. Gave 4 stars as there weren’t really any staff to help find anything. If you know what yo want you’re good. If you’re in need of help maybe bring someone or call to make an appointment.

Great Service and big thank you to Julio B ADM of wood store 184. Orderd 50 cs of tile which came from 2 different batches. It had a diffrent tint to it. Julio made the exchange seemless I was in and out of there really quickly. We need more people like this. A+.
