I work one to one with Lorraine and she literally took me from walking with a cane to walking 5 miles without a problem. They are flexible with scheduling and have a reasonable cancellation policy. Worth every penny!!”

The only downfall is having to walk down the stairs after the class because I can promise you, your legs will be on fire from such a good workout.”
