I had the most positive experience with my Roto Rooter Service that went FAR beyond my expectations. My technician, Aaron, took the time to explain every aspect of the job to me, and even took more time when necessary, to make sure I understood the reason for the repair, the repair process, and the price before even starting the job. Ignacio is simply the best. He is fast extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and a very hard worker.He came to unclog a pipe, and didn’t stop until it was done. There were roots in the pipe, so he had to try a few different methods.He showed me with the camera what was going on inside the pipe, why it kept getting clogged. He suggested possible fixes, both cost efficient and what a bigger more intensive job would look like/cost. He was not pushy at all.I ended up going for the bigger job, since I was spending so much time and money everytime it got clogged. I called roto rooter and asked for him specifically. Aaron was a very helpful person in our time of need. He came same day on a weekend call. Was able to give us an honest estimate and gave us the highest priority the following day to resolve our issue. Overall, it was a great experience thanks to his professionalism. Thank you!
