Their office staff is also very helpful and super nice. Technicians have impressive knowledge and take the time to explain problems and solutions with patience. They handle a variety of plumbing tasks, including unclogging bathroom sink drains and performing whole house repipes. The team always maintains a clean work area and minimizes disruption. Customers appreciate their professionalism, work ethic, and attention to detail. They are super responsive, fast, and reasonably priced. Jet Plumbing came in like a hero to save a job and took care of it without any hesitation. Mathew was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, and even took time to speak with the Home Warranty Company.
We have been customers of JET plumbing for many years but today they went above and beyond. Something happened with the water pressure and our waterfountain basically exploded and started spewing water all over....like a waterfall at 7am. We called the emergency line and they came almost right away. Fixed everything and spent a ton of time with our building supervisors to try to get to the root of the problem. Thanks so much to Caleb and his supervisor (sorry I forgot your name) for outstanding work today.
Jet is absolutely the best! I've had them to my home a number of times for small and big plumbing issues and every time has been such a great experience. They are honest, and transparent about options with no up-selling or BS that I don't need. They are responsive, they show up on time, their plumbers are clean and knowledgeable. Just overall a great experience every time.
I had Jet Plumbing out to fix a sprinkler valve and they were fast and helpful. They could have tried to convince me to pay for a lot more work, but they were honest about what was truly needed for now and gave me an idea of what I'll be looking at to fix potential future issues.

I can’t say enough good things about the team here. They were incredibly patient and took the time to walk me through a very confusing inspection report, answering all of my questions without ever making me feel rushed or like a burden.
They truly went above and beyond—especially considering they didn’t have any obligation to help me in the first place. That level of customer service is rare.
I had reached out to Sierra Heating regarding an AC component they installed, and they declined the service request. That made the help I received here even more appreciated.
