Our technician, Reed, was amazing. He was able to identify the issue with our furnace and was able to fix it quickly. He was knowledgeable, courteous, and I would absolutely recommend.

Very few companies service oil furnaces any longer. Lincoln scheduled a qualified tech promptly, and had excellent communication via text and email confirming tech arrival time. Jeromy was friendly, seemed knowledgeable and determined that disconnecting the AC wire from the relay would solve my problem, which it did. Since I paid for a 2-hr service call and he was in and out in far less, I felt the additional charge of $66 was excessive for the simple rewiring (no parts or materials). I appreciate the referral for another company to clean soot from the flue.
