“We spoke with Ed and you can tell he is passionate about his work! We had an issue with our furnace in the dead of winter. After discussing the issue over the phone he suggested we try to do a few things over the phone first. We were nervous about removing the cover but he assured us (my wife especially) that it was ok. After spending some time resetting things, our furnace came back to life with HEAT!!!This is such a great company that takes pride in customer service and satisfaction. “I've been using Roper's since 2009. Daryl has been my technician pretty much the entire time. Everytime I have needed them to come out to fix the boiler, it's usually as soon as possible. Parts are normally needed to be ordered.9 times out of ten, the part is installed the same day. Very happy with them.“
“We have had our Thelin Parlor stove for 17 years. It is the primary source of heat for our home. Last year we had issues with the auger feed going to fast even at the lowest speed in addition to the fire box was very melted after all those years. I contacted Marie Vazquez and she guided me through the process of shipping the stove back to Carson City where their technicians brought my stove back to brand new condition including repainting and polishing the trim pieces. The stove was shipped back in new condition and works like new! I will gladly do this again in another 17 years! If I'm still around! Thank you Thelin for the wonderful support.“

“I purchased my pellet stove for the parlor in my rustic old home. I've had the stove for a few years and have enjoyed it's warmth, form and function for many winter nights. To begin, I made my purchase in person and was treated professionally and respectfully. The stove was installed and I was given thorough instructions for operation and maintenance. When the stove is in operation, my forced air heater is not! The stove heats my drafty old Victorian home quite efficiently. I had a minor issue with the stove early on and was delighted with the response from the team at Thelin. They took care of the problem without hesitation. I wouldn't hesitate to buy another stove from Thelin Hearth, but the one I have is more than sufficient. I certainly recommend this stove to everyone.“

“I was just looking at HVAC Yelp reviews in the Carson City area out of curiosity and noticed that Dennis at All American has only two. This might be appropriate as he is a one-man band, but he deserves more because this is an advantage. We've used Dennis for ten years now to service four HVAC units in a commercial building in Minden, including repairs as needed. If he can't get out right away, he'll tell you. But the important thing is that he gets the job done right, doesn't have to come back to fix it, and the price is reasonable. This all interests me more than a nice uniform.“
