“My furnace died March 30 after 47 years (house was built in '79 and we moved in in '85). That day I called for service, and Jim came out right away, I mean like within an hour. They had to order the equipment, which took a week. Jim was extremely helpful in terms of explaining what options I had, and got the estimate to me the same day he came to inspect the old system. They ended up being a day late from when they said they would install it (because Stephen had just got back from vacation and I'm sure they were slammed), but they started in the morning and finished before 5, including installing a new AC system. Jim and his guys were very easy to work with. Stephen also came out at the beginning to make sure things were going the right way. There was a slight misunderstanding about where the AC condenser should go, but with a little conversation that was resolved to my complete satisfaction.“

“After being quoted an asinine figure by Goettl, I was referred by several people to try Cavallero. I am so glad I did, as the service we received from Cavallero was excellent. They were professional, prompt, knowledgeable, and the price was much more friendly to our savings account. The biggest standout was they didn’t at all come off as scammy salesmen. When they did an inspection of our really old HVAC, specifically a malfunctioning furnace, Jeff didn’t try to also sell us a new AC system. He went over ways we could try to eek out a few more years. “We have had our Thelin Parlor stove for 17 years. It is the primary source of heat for our home. Last year we had issues with the auger feed going to fast even at the lowest speed in addition to the fire box was very melted after all those years. I contacted Marie Vazquez and she guided me through the process of shipping the stove back to Carson City where their technicians brought my stove back to brand new condition including repainting and polishing the trim pieces.
