The workmanship was most excellent . Tod did a fantastic job on the crack sealing of our 9 acres of parking lot. attention to detail and most excellent customer service was really refreshing in this day and age of bottom dollar conscience companies. They worked with our heavy traffic schedule and sealed a few extra cracks when it wasn't even part of the bid. API has loyalty forever when it comes to anything asphalt. I cannot say enough great things about API and the work they did on my driveway. I was able to gather a quote and have the work done within 2 weeks which included removal of concrete (in less than an hour), grading on a very level lot to assure drainage from the driveway, and the most hardworking and professional crew I could have asked for. It was a pleasure watching them work. Allison who assisted with planning and execution was a joy to work with. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company!
I am very happy with the work Asphalt Protectors, Inc. did at our Northern Nevada properties. The final results look very good even though there were a couple of issues during the process. While I appreciate how quickly and effectively API stepped up to resolve them, I would have preferred to see more proactive measures taken to avoid those hiccups in the first place. That being said, API is a solid company that stands by their work and I would be happy to work with them again.
