I submitted a request weeks ago and received a copy of what I had submitted in response. No explanation or communication of any kind. After multiple requests for a response, even if only to say they couldn't take the job, I received absolutely no response. So very rude and unprofessional! I need to change my review. The communication problem was a website issue. Lance contacted me. He was very professional and apologized, saying he would get the problem fixed. I can't give a five star review because I haven't yet used his services, but I raise the level to 4 stars based on his swift, professional and courteous response

Kirby Construction completely remodeled our home.Lance and his Team are Fantastic! If you are looking for a contractor in Northern Nevada we highly recommend Kirby Construction!!
