Recently bought a house in Boulder City thru VA loans. Once moved in, gradually noticed I needed to take a closer look at roofing, spotted several small things I knew from past experience that I needed to address. (Rest of house I was pretty comfortable with it's condition.) Got appointment with DaBella for thorough inspection, which I was part of process. Found quite a bit of deterioration due to age, and knew roof needed replacing. The two representatives spent quite a bit of time with me explaining warranties, products & process and contracted with them for the repair/replacement of entire roof. He was also incredibly informative, walking me through everything I needed to know to fully understand what my roof actually needs. Great experience overall, and I'd definitely recommend him if you want someone honest and knowledgeable
