“I had a major mold problem with my condo that I was selling and was referred to Mario by my Realtor . Mario came inspected the mold damage and gave me an itemized list of what work needed done and the cost of each item listed. His price was very reasonable but the best part he did a great job. He does all the work from A to Z and certifies that no mold.is present so I was able to sell my condo.”
