“Having Chris Nelson from PlumbAir come out to repair my house was the best experience I've had so far. My house flooded. It's been nothing but a bad experience for me. Dealing with other plumbing companies was a complete nightmare.

I'm a senior on a fixed income , and tend to have stress and anxiety issues under normal situations . When my air conditioner started blowing room temperature air , I panicked to say the least. I called Desert Valley and spoke with Amber , she was so understanding and compassionate about me being extremely stressed and anxiety ridden. She even tried to help me herself to see if I had just blown a circuit breaker. Who does that in this day and age? She was an angel from the start. We set up my appt with Richard the next morning . He texted to tell me he would be there on time , was on time and the moment he started with my AC he was very calming and understanding because I was still super anxious. “We have to AC units for our home one is for the upstairs and one is for the downstairs. On Friday I woke up to a warm house from the upstairs AC blowing warm air. I called Semper Fi and was able to book an appointment that day.. Our technician Andy arrived in theyy diagnosed the problem quickly and replace two capacitors one for each unit. They only charged me for one capacitor due to my military service and my unique story they were kind enough to not even charge me for the second capacitor and installed it for free. They service both units clean both units and made sure that they were working at their highest capacity. This company is wonderful they do great work and they treat their customers with excellence. I recommend not just military active duty or veterans but also the general public to utilize this company for all of their plumbing and heating and air conditioning needs. “This guy sped up when he saw me walking through a parking lot. I thought that was rude of another tradie to accelerate when he sees someone. Then he stops and starts dumping trash. Not sure if his job was here or not it just all felt super sketchy. Idk what quality work they do but if they speed up for pedestrians they probably don't care about their customers.

Edit: I shouldn't have edited my post at all. If I called in nothing would happen. I've been in the trades for over 20 years. I know better. I get it that you think it isn't the companys fault but it ? is. Don't hire losers that speed up when someone is trying to get to their truck. Teach them that they aren't in their hellcat. They're in a big box with the name of the company on the side. Lol you're lucky I didn't let him hit me.“
