“Highly recommend this business! I had an issue with my ac unit, it was on but not cooling my house. A friend recommended A/C Vets Healing & Cooling. Scheduling was easy and they had availability right away. Luis came by to take a look at my ac unit. He was extremely professional, courteous, and the communication with him and his team with thorough and prompt. He took a look at my unit and then explained to me what the options were. Instead of recommending the more expensive option, he said the problem may remedy itself with a few changes, which it did! SUPER IMPRESSED by his honesty and professionalism! I read many reviews of other companies taking advantage of their customers, and Luis recommended what was in my best interest. He also explained to me how I could prevent further issues from happening by simple maintenance steps I could do on my own. “Naturally, my A/C went out during the height of summer....I was in my house slow roasting for a week! Thank goodness I live downstairs....so it wasn't as bad as it could have been, but Vegas heat is always bad.I needed to get my A/C fixed right away, but I am weary of all these big companies taking advantage of desperate people, by jacking up their prices, or selling you things you don't need.I heard about Valdez appliance service and decided to give him a call. I've been doing electronics for over 30-years, and although I'm not an A/C tech, I'm not lost as to what is involved....so when I would talk to him about what I thought I might need, he didn't go into a sales pitch.Abel told me my thoughts were on the right track, but he'd still have to check to be sure what's going on. I asked what the cost would be if it were a bad capacitor, or bad motor and he gave me prices for both.BOTH prices were WAY lower than the bigger companies that always upsell you, and pressure you into paying for services you don't need.Not Abel. He figured out what the issue was, fixed it, and his price was exactly what he initially quoted me.I am CERTAIN the bigger named companies would have charged me 2-3 times more than what Abel did. And that's not to say he's cheap, but he's fair....and even more importantly, he's HONEST!!Now my house is cool again, and based on the look of the new parts he put on, I should be good to go for another 5-8 years.Sad I had to spend the money, but happy it was spent with the right person.No buyer's remorse. Just a happy customer!“

“I had this company remove old A/C and install new one . The entire process , inside and out started promptly at 9:00 am and ended precisely at 1:00 pm . The company was super efficient, clean and coordinated in the removal/ installation and didn’t leave a scrap behind . The were completely upfront with what had to be done and followed up exactly as they had promised . This is the only company I will call for plumbing and A/C needs . “Great service from my initial call to the technician completing the job. They installed a new outdoor mini split unit and connected/moved one of my indoor units to the new one. Checked the other two systems. Also installed a new indoor unit. I've used Jenson before (about 3 years ago) and was very happy with their service then so I called them back for this work. I wouldn't go anywhere else for installation, service or repair. Thank you to the helpful office staff and techs for the great service and helpful "can do" attitude. I highly recommend you everytime someone asks me about air conditioning.“

“Look no further Rakeman is the contractor to use.Just bought a house and a neighbor referred Rakeman to me. Huntyr is an awesome plumber I had him do like 20 plumbing items toilets, faucets, hose bibs, drain lines for water heater to drain outside of house (very important) and fixed a hot water recirculating system. Boom Boom Boom he knocked them out in an amazing time.Now referring Rakeman to others.“
