we called Thomas & Sons Heating & Cooling when our ac system stopped running and the airflow had gotten very weak. shaun said he would come out early the next morning, and while he arrived later than planned, he was honest about the mix-up and apologized right away. once he got here, he quickly checked the unit, found a clogged filter causing the issue, and got the cooling system back on track in no time. he also shared a few helpful ac maintenance tips to improve airflow, reduce strain on the system, and help avoid future repairs during the hot weather. very professional, easy to talk to, and did quality hvac work. we highly recommend him and will call again next time...read full review
