“Our A/C is under warranty through All-Right, and we love Ryan's attention to detail and customer service. However, they're NOT 24/7 emergency as their on-line description claims. We had to wait for a week for a replacement compressor during the hottest month of the year. We heard many others were in the same predicament, so why not stock these in preparation for summer and inevitable summer maintenance/emergencies?“
