I contacted 702Plumbair and they responded quickly and scheduled an appointment for that day (the person I spoke with on the phone was very friendly). The technician, Chavis, was very polite and knowledgeable. He assessed the situation, offered feedback, and provided an estimate; there was no pressure. He performed the work in a timely manner and left his work area clean. I also appreciate the notification system (via text) from 702Plumbair keeping me posted on arrival times. I would recommend them based on this experience and plan to contact them with a future project.

They came out same day for a furnace checkup and showed us all the issues that were going on with video. We scheduled for a new furnace and had it installed 2 days later. They were professional, quick, clean, and we had an excellent experience! Would recommend to everyone! Office staff was very helpful as well! Wish every company was like this one, a diamond experience!

They came the first time, super respectful and courteous. They had the booties to cover their shoes and treated my home like their own. The two techs were super friendly, kind, personable, and respectful. The machine they used to clean the air ducts wasn't working, and they apologized profusely as it was the first time this had ever happened. The office also called and apologized and quickly got me back on schedule. They came the second time and were just as good; this time, it was only one guy (I'm so bad with names I wish I could remember), and he worked fast and was considerate and communicative even when he stepped out to go get a drink.
