We had a leak that several other companies could not find. Luckily the home insurance covered the cost of all the coolant that leaked out. These guys fixed it. There was some trouble with 2 new hires causing a new problem when they fixed the first problem, but the boss came out and fixed everything himself.
A-1 Quality Care is the best! Wanda and the whole A-1 team were amazing in every way and they fixed my AC the same day I called. Wanda communicated with me the whole time and she was friendly and helpful. I have an elderly tenant that lives in my condo and A-1 was sensitive and caring in regards to the situation and urgency. I recommend A-1 highly to anyone that needs a competent and professional company to fix or maintenance their HVAC! 5 stars all the way!
A big thanks to A1. I had the unfortunate experience of having two units go out on the same day for different reasons. The team was able to work with us and resolve issues in an expeditious manner. However, the real reason for the review is the excellent service that Wanda and Bill consistently provide whenever there is an issue - a really great group. And our service technician this go around, Sydney, handled himself very well.
