Wanda the business manager promptly responded to my voicemail first thing in a Monday morning and sent out a very good tech- Eric is the man you would want for the job. He came out here on time, diagnosed the problem really efficiently and explained everything to me, a lady who has absolutely have no clue about HVAC's and Furnaces. He explained it in a manner very easy to understand. If you have AHS Warranty, request for this company and ask for Eric. Definitely will spread a good word for this company.

Our air conditioning unit was intermittently cooling at night and got very hot during day. We have American Homeshield, so we contacted them. They were going to send another company to us but I looked up the ratings and asked them for a different option, they read of names and A-1 quality Care was on the list. I picked them. I was a little skeptical at first after reading some the the reviews; However, this company went above and beyond!!! From the services to the professionalism. The response time was quick as well. We highly recommend them. They were very persistent in trying to figure out what was going on with our unit.

Excellent service. Both ac units went out on Saturday evening and they came out Monday morning and fixed both units. Our service person, Brando, made sure the job was completed. Returned with parts to repair unit. I highly recommend this company.
