Raphael came by to complete our Fall check-up. He found a heater motor that was failing. He came today to replace the motor only to find he was given the wrong motor. He drove to Lennox, got the correct motor, and had the unit up and running. He completed the work quickly, efficiently, and professionally. It was a pleasure having him in our home.

Rafael was the technician that was assigned, he had worked on our AC unit previously so he was a welcome sight. He diagnosed the issue quickly and explained everything thoroughly.
