They are fantastic folks to deal with and provided a great, nice, and clean install on a mini split. Their staff was incredibly nice and they were able to get out to the house fairly quick and diagnose the issue. Kris was very informative and communicated fully on what went wrong and what he did to fix it.
Let me first start by saying , I have NEVER left a review in any forum about any service or item I have purchased , EVER ..Desert Valley Heating and cooling deserves my first and only review . I'm a senior on a fixed income , and tend to have stress and anxiety issues under normal situations . When my air conditioner started blowing room temperature air , I panicked to say the least. I called Desert Valley and spoke with Amber , she was so understanding and compassionate about me being extremely stressed and anxiety ridden. She even tried to help me herself to see if I had just blown a circuit breaker. Who does that in this day and age? She was an angel from the start....read full review
Had a new ac unit installed today. Technician Chris,Julian and Carlos did an excellent job. I would recommend them. Also Amber was great assistance from the initial paperwork. Thank you all
I was genuinely blown away by our tech, Tristan. He was absolutely phenomenal. Incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and thorough, he walked me through every step of what he was doing and made sure I fully understood both the issue and the repairs. As someone with basically zero HVAC knowledge, I really appreciated how he broke everything down in a simple, easy-to-understand way. His communication was just as impressive as his work. I’ll definitely be sticking with Desert Valley for all my future AC maintenance.
