I work for a property manager and we had a crisis this morning. Temps are fixing to go up into the 90's over the weekend and we had a property w/no air and our normal vendor was unavailable util Monday. I called and spoke w/Cody @ Moritz and she was amazing. She got our tenants on the schedule & her tech literally showed up an hour after i called it in. I work with vendors all day long and the customer service at Moritz's is top notched. Although they are still working on fixing the unit itself, they have still kept me in the loop and are preparing a quote to repair now. I would recommend Moritz's and i will continue to use them. ***** all day long!
