Excellent communication, excellent follow-up on a disagreement I had with the initial estimator. That follow-up was done by the owner of the company himself, and he wound up keeping the deal together. We ended up with what I feel is a very good deal on a 22 KW generator and transfer switch, and this would be a five-star review except for the way my question about the lifters of the engine was handled. It was important to me not to have mechanical valve adjustments, and I was given the opportunity to believe that this had hydraulic lifters (🤬), but it's actually a mechanical valve train.
I had them replace a furnace last year. While they were at it they recommended a fix to my problem downstairs. A year later it was still working great and I had my first service check. Great group of people.
Well, I was initially a little skeptical given the intro was via AHS, but they came out the same day to diagnose our gas furnace which was sending CO into our home (potentially lethal). They ended up bidding the contract, and was awarded it by AHS. They were not the cheapest suppliers but they knew their stuff. The owner Rick helped answer some questions and addressed the doubts that were put in my mind by their competition. He knew his stuff, if a little impatient at times. Sal was their lead service engineer and clearly experienced. I ended up using them to install an AC at the same time. It was a pretty involved job and took 2 days in total to complete the installation....read full review
