I went on vacation and came back to no A/C. I tried to fix it myself with no luck. I started calling everybody on a holiday day and no one would answer. Finally I came to Blue Jay Plumbing. Mark answered and was super friendly. He said he could come out the same day. I was very impressed. We worked on it together for 6 hours to realize the compressor was clogged. Mark gave all my options and was very clear. I decided that my best option was to replace the whole unit because I was using the R-22 freon that is no longer made and is very costly to replace. Second service done: Just used Blue Jay Heating & Air to service our 2 AC and 2 heating units, overall very pleased. Great customer service & advice, also fair price. Would definitely reccomend!
Third service done: Jay replaced a part on our two AC units that he recommended to be done on our last visit in order to keep our units rolling. He was in and out in a jiffy and friendly as always. Fair pricing once again.
