We spoke with Ed and you can tell he is passionate about his work! We had an issue with our furnace in the dead of winter. After discussing the issue over the phone he suggested we try to do a few things over the phone first. We were nervous about removing the cover but he assured us (my wife especially) that it was ok. After spending some time resetting things, our furnace came back to life with HEAT!!!This is such a great company that takes pride in customer service and satisfaction. I would HIGHLY recommend using them in Carson/Lake Tahoe area if you have issues.Thank you Elite Air! Life savers.

The ductwork in our heating system was damaged by critters, rendering it useless. Living directly on the forest, we knew there was no point replacing it with the same collapsible type that was used before. We were considering the most cost effective way to go forward. We discussed mini splits & rigid ductwork that critters couldn’t damage. We decided to consult with an expert. The owner of Elite came out and assessed options considering the layout of the house with efficiency in mind. He advised us to replace the existing ductwork with aluminum flex and in turn gave us the pros and cons of that. Everyone very professional from front office, to service and then to installers. Had appointment on Monday, January 22 with unfortunate news I had to purchase a new heater, however new heater installed that Friday, January 26. Thank you!
