Had a AC compressor go out during the summer. Called two other companies before them who said they couldn't come out until end of the following week. This company was able to book me a few days earlier than the other two, but as soon as a technician's schedule opened up, they sent him over the same day I scheduled. Cost was fair. Technician was friendly. Plus no A.I. computer scheduler when you call. Thanks!
First time using Roper's HVAC. Great communication, Technician Robert, was cordial, knowledgable and completed all the testing in a timely fashion. He explained everything in detail including his results and assessment. I have used other HVAC companies and they almost always want to upsell some HVAC products, if not an entire system. Robert kept to the job and made no attempt to do so, he was only concerned about doing his job swiftly and correctly. One of the few companies that offers a bi-annual maintenance plan at a reasonable cost. Thank you
